| We at Tradewind Tiaras strive for the highest level of customer service. We get virtually all of our new business through referrals, so your satisfaction is very important to us. We aim to be the best vendor experience of your wedding. |

Payment |
| We must receive payment in full before beginning work on any order. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, as well as by check or money order. You can submit your credit card information using our secure online shopping cart, or if you prefer you can call us or fax in your credit card information. View Contact Information |

| If you would like to pay by check or money order, you can still use our online shopping cart. Simply choose the "pay by check" option when placing your order. |

Returns |
| If you're not satisfied with our products, we offer a full refund of the purchase price on our entire line of tiaras, headpieces and accessories. Simply return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving them. We will refund the entire amount of your purchase, less any shipping & handling charges. |

| The returned item(s) must be packaged with the same amount of care with which they were mailed to you. We cannot accept returns shipped in envelopes or in boxes containing insufficient packing material. Use bubble wrap or packing peanuts, not newspaper or tissue paper. |

| In the case of veil returns or cancelled veil orders, we will refund your purchase price less a 25% restocking fee. We regret that we cannot offer a full refund, but bridal veils are highly customized and veil materials are impossible to reclaim in most cases. |

| Occasionally, a bride asks us if she can order two or more tiaras with the intention of choosing one and returning the rest. Since handcrafted tiaras are time consuming to create, we must collect a 25% restocking fee on the returned tiaras in these circumstances. |

Custom Designs |
| We are always delighted to work with brides on completely custom designs. Please feel free to email us to talk about design ideas and begin the process. The price of your custom pieces will be based on the materials and labor involved. As with all of our products, we require payment in full before we begin work. A $25.00 fee applies to cancelled or returned custom orders. |
